TCC: Magic: The Gathering & Pokémon

Service Description

Trading Card Club will focus on Magic: The Gathering and Pokémon students. Students of all levels are welcome to join. For beginners, we will focus on game elements and ways to break into Magic. We will have students learn simple deck-building with games such as Star Realms, Hero Realms, Dominion, and more. Using those basic skills of deck-building and synchronicity will then turn into drafting, jumpstart, and commander. Intermediate and Advanced students will follow a similar schedule. Intermediate and Advanced students will have the opportunity to sign up for a tournament at the end of the series. Objective: Complete a series of weekly achievements based on lessons taught or games played. Intermediate and Advanced students will have the opportunity to sign up for a tournament at the end of the series. Beginner students will have an opportunity to sign up for their own commander draft tournament. Areas of Focus: Advanced Problem-solving, Dexterity, Advanced Critical Thinking, Tournament Ready, Good Sportsmanship, Social Interacting, Reading, Math
